Linda is an equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging consultant, a Gallup certified strengths-based coach, facilitator and speaker. Alongside Ana María Desmaison Cornejo, she co-founded Ventura Collective, a Latine women-owned justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion consulting organization. Ventura Collective partners with committed organizations in their journey to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion in their business model.

Linda is a member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the Canadian member of ISO - International Organization for Standardization. As an active member of the MC/ISO/TC 260 team, Linda will promote, develop, improve and sustain the ISO 30415:2021 standard internationally.
