Planet*21 is an event planning business and live theatre that showcases the most “talented performers ever.”

Part of its business model is to hire employees and volunteers with Down Syndrome and diverse needs. Staff will obtain skill development at these live performances. A driving factor for his model was an insight he had that “we need to focus on business as a way to support ourselves while putting social change at the core. We see this as an opportunity.”
