With an MBA from University of Alberta, an Executive Healthcare Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and a decade of experience in healthcare leadership, Jenn brings so much to the table as Northern Med's COO. 

Jenn's extensive experience in hospital operations, recruitment, and people management, gives her the unique ability to step into the shoes of our partnering health authorities—helping Northern Med facilitate healthy and long-lasting relationships between our nurses, healthcare administrations, and the communities we serve. Jenn's passion for delivering exceptional patient care is matched by her belief that happy, healthy healthcare providers are essential to this mission.

Jenn is a proud Nova Scotian, and her family—daughters Nora and Sadie, and husband Billy—are the centre of her universe. Adventurous and curious, Jenn enjoys exploring new places and experiencing diverse cultures.
