Its clients include national and regional government departments / bodies; fishing companies, representative organisations or individuals within the fishing industry; marine industries that overlap with fishing interests; environmental organisations; and, other consultancies.
Through ORCA Ltd, Paul Knapman works either independently or with a global network of other marine resource consultants and specialists. To date, the main areas of work for ORCA-Ltd have included:
• Eco-certification, particularly, Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) assessments of fisheries;
• The analysis, review, development and support in implementing marine fisheries and environmental policy, legislation and management;
