It is critical to stay up to date as our workplaces change and employee expectations evolve. The current labour market highlights the need for organizations to expand their HR knowledge and the assess the effectiveness of their practices.
In this course you will learn how to implement a HR structure that aligns with current workplace realities. The training will provide you with the tools and confidence to handle common workplace situations such as hiring the right people, meeting legal obligations, engaging employees, dealing with performance issues and when necessary, ending employment.

About the Trainer:
Genevieve MacInnis 20 years of Human Resources experience working with midsized Canadian companies and large multinationals in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
She achieved her Certified Human Resources Professional designation in 2006 and has multiple certificates in Adult Education. Genevieve has delivered over 2000 hours of HR, Leadership, Communication and Conflict Resolution training.
Genevieve is the founder of Inspired Change Consulting, providing services in the areas of Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and Implementing Change.
