About Us
Esinam Counselling Inc. provides counselling therapy to individuals that are struggling. We provide client-centred approaches to ensure our clients' needs are being met. We support individuals that are facing racial trauma, sexual trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, anxiety, struggling with addiction, and undergoing life transitions.
Our team consists of Registered Counselling Therapists-Candidates that are well-trained and can offer a variety of integrative therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
We offer in-person and virtual sessions and we provide individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and play therapy for the little kiddos!
